• HYKON will undertake to Service and maintain the equipment and Battery during the contract period (Except Battery replacement).
• HYKON will provide preventive maintenance once in Four months during the contract period.
• HYKON assures the resolution time within 3 hours.
• HYKON will provide the stand-by provision if found necessary.
• If HYKON is not able to service other make systems (due to the lack of spares or serious circuit problems) we will upgrade the system to HYKON MODEL.
• HYKON has 50 Nos. of Service Engineers in field servicing across South India. |
