HYKON offers 12 months warranty against manufacturing defects
for parts/system.
Packing, forwarding, transportation are the customer’s
scope.
The defective parts can be replaced/ repaired after inspection
and verification.
HYKON reserves the right to replace/ repair parts or systems
depending on the situations
The replaced systems /components can be either HYKON make
or any other alternative /suitable brands as decided by the
company.
No claims will be entertained unless the customer produces
owner’s manual and the warranty card in original duly
signed and sealed. |
