The company has poised for a Quantum leap and set an ambitious group target of 156 crores by 2009. This figure has been derived in a democratic as well as scientific manner after consulting with Unit heads, HODs and all other potential members of Hykon Team. Our economic analyzing group also gave green signal to go for this “corporate baby”endorsing this Mission ultimately to become a National Player by 2009.
 

In order to achieve this mission, effectively and willingly we haveconstituted a policy formulating Core Committee which will plan Strategies and get it done through their team members. However, thecore group taking decisions on the basis of inputs, advises,suggestions data and inspirations given by all the Hykon familymembers. We firmly believe that Total Employee Involvement is the key to sustainable growth and it is our philosophy too.

We also understand the employees are having their own constraints due to various reasons like personal, emotional social pressures etc andoften this kind of pressures may lead to lethargic situations. So the behavioral scientists say that it is the responsibility of theManagement to encourage and motivate employees to overcome suchtemperamental crisis. So we have developed a process to demonstrate weekly motivating and meaningful posters with an inspirational messagefrom CMD’s desk in all our units and branches. We have receivedtremendous response from employees as well as from our well wishers for doing so.
